Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Advents. Every merch order helps us keep creating and releasing music. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase. During high-volume periods (like new drops or if we're on tour or out of town), processing may take a bit longer. We will do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Please note: at this time, we only ship within the United States.

Due to previous logistical and delivery issues, we are unable to offer international shipping. This may change in the future, but for now, all orders must be shipped to a U.S. address. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is out of our hands and becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We’re not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

If your package is missing or delayed, please:

- Check the tracking info.

- Confirm the shipping address was correct.

- Contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
